Sclerotherapy to Cure Spider Veins and Varicose Veins.
Sclerotherapy is a safe and uncomplicated procedure to get rid of spider veins and some varicose veins. It is an outpatient procedure varicose vein treatment and is practically painless. There is no sedation or anesthesia needed, and all you feel is a small pinprick. Using an extremely fine-gauge needle a sclerosing agent is injected into each vein, which causes the veins to seal and eventually close, so that they are invisible.There is no scarring, you may resume normal activities in a day or two, and are reminded to use sun block before engaging in your normal outdoor activities.
Although Sclerotherapy is the safest and quickest way to get rid of many vein problems, it is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or patients taking certain blood thinners.
